Does the cover come with the inner pillow?
No, you’re buying the cover only. It fits any standard 150 × 50 cm dakimakura insert, which are widely available. We plan to stock inner pillows ourselves in the future.
Is the cover printed on both sides?
Yes. Every cover has two different artworks of the same character, with a different pose and different details on each side.
How do I wash a 2-Way Tricot cover?
Turn it inside out and wash cold (30°C max) on a gentle cycle, or hand wash. Use a small amount of mild detergent, no bleach and no fabric softener. Gently squeeze out the water without wringing, and hang dry out of direct sunlight. Never tumble dry and never iron the print.
Where do you ship from and how long does it take?
Every order ships from our Texas warehouse with full tracking and typically arrives within 5–10 business days. We currently ship to US customers only. Shipping is free on orders over $100.
Is the packaging discreet?
Always. Every order ships in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents. Your hobby stays your business.
Can I return a cover?
Yes. All covers, including NSFW designs, are covered by our 30-day return policy with a full refund, no questions asked.
Can I order a custom design?
Not yet. But we do take character recommendations for upcoming covers. Tell us who you want to see and we’ll consider it for the next drop.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and Klarna. We are working on getting PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Crypto payments as well. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
Are the designs official or fan-made?
Our dakimakura covers are original fan-art designs created for WaifuWorld and exclusive to us. Every product listing states clearly whether an item is officially licensed or fan-made.
