Where we ship from
All orders are dispatched from our fulfilment centre in Houston, Texas, United States.
Processing time
Orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1-2 business days of payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Shipping rates
- United States: flat rate $10 USD per order.
- United States, orders of $100 USD or more: free shipping.
- All other countries: flat rate $40 USD per order.
Carriers and delivery times
Domestic orders within the United States are shipped via FedEx. International orders are shipped with the carrier available for the destination at the time of dispatch. Delivery times vary by destination, carrier and customs processing, and are estimates only. A tracking number is provided by email once your order ships.
Customs, duties and import taxes
Orders shipped outside the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs handling fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or the shipping rate and are the responsibility of the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Incorrect addresses and undeliverable parcels
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not able to reroute a parcel once it has been handed to the carrier. Parcels returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address will be refunded less the original shipping cost.
Lost or damaged shipments
If your order is damaged in transit or the tracking shows no movement for an extended period, contact us at support@waifuworld.us and we will open a claim with the carrier and make it right.
